Why We Are Here

Acquire Design, Inc., was created because when we started writing resumes and business plans creatively, we had no idea that it would become my niche! It was the one thing that we noticed we did in excellence, and people kept coming back for our services. They kept asking for our advice, and not only did the company become a place where people asked for career advice, but it became a ministry. We recognized people were asking for more than just resumes and business plans. They were asking for direction, guidance, and prayer. So not only did we incorporate business solutions, but we gave them hope for their career paths, and creative business ideas. We treat every customer uniquely, and like family. We believe that everyone has something to give to the world, a unique story and idea and we are happy to be a part of their journey.

About Alysia Rodgers. She is the CEO of Acquire Design, Inc. She was certified in 1996, from Minneapolis Community and Technical College to perform Human Service duties such as group therapy, one on one counseling, and case management. She attended Spiritual Life Bible College from 1998 to 2000 and completed school with a ministerial diploma. She was in ministry for 15 years singing and preaching the gospel and decided she wanted to obtain a BA in psychology because she believed that everyone's issues start in their mind and wanted to help people in a greater way than she was. One of the ways that she helped people was that she also had a career in case management for 10 years. She went on and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ashford University of which she achieved in 2013. She decided she needed to know how to complete every task in her future business, in case when she opened her own business, someone was gone and she had the ability to make sure everyone was covered. It is for this reason that she went on to Ashford University again , and graduated the top 15% of her class from Ashford University with a Masters in Business Administration obtained in 2016. She has been writing resumes creatively for others for 10 years, and has also written business plans since she was in business school since 2015. She enjoys being a part of the success of others, and sees herself as a visionary, one who has mentored, trained, and assisted other people so they can succeed. She believes in team building, and that no man is an island all by themselves. Her passion is to continue assisting and mentoring other people so they can achieve their dreams, and live passionately and happily.
